The transport costs and taxes will be sent to you invoiced a few days before the arrival of the merchandise so that you can proceed to issue the payment, thus providing our clients with financing until the arrival of the merchandise.
Can our company manage the collection at origin?

Based on the so-called Incoterms, we can make EXW - Ex Works shipments, that is, we directly deal with the collection in the supplier's warehouses and manage the shipment to the delivery address in Spain that you provide us, including customs clearance and payment of taxes for your complete peace of mind and security.

What is the equivalence surcharge and when should I pay it?
The equivalence surcharge is a type of special VAT regime that applies to retail merchants, whether they are individuals or communities of goods, never companies. The payment percentage amounts to 5.2% of the value of the merchandise and must be paid together with the tariff and VAT at the time of making the customs declaration.
